1. Head Of Operations:
Job Purpose

  • Responsible for the control of execution of the Self-Assessment process, all Risk Assessment, Corrective action plans (CAP) follow-ups, Audit follow ups, ensure compliance with policies by country & legal vehicle, produce valuable matrix to allow management control all aspects of the Operations business.

Job Background/context
  • Revenues: Ops control is supporting the business directly through controls, reconciliation and MCA coordination to eliminate all losses to the business
  • Expenses: Direct expenses are incurred through carrying out of the independent reviews and controls
  • Headcount: Responsible for optimal utilization of approved headcount to meet effective controls and any required reporting to senior management.
  • Assets: Control over the assets of the bank through reviewing certain balance sheet accounts

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning the audit reviews by selecting the appropriate audit approach, methodology and preparing the test plan that best suits the product and process.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control by Analysing/flowcharting the different processes in order to evaluate controls, identify inefficient processes.
  • Performing the actual audit tests, selecting sample, performing analytical reviews, and checking adherence to corporate policies.
  • Preparing audit reports for senior management, discussing issues with relevant business unit heads.
  • Influencing the design and improvement of processes to ensure that appropriate controls exist to manage risks 
  • efficiently.
  • Responsible for communicating to upper management issues that surface and unresolved issues.
  • Co-ordinating the Operations and Technology self-assessment (MCAs) and DCFCs processes for the bank.

Loan monitoring/ recovery officer officer: The Loan Monitoring/ Recovery Officer will be responsible for the efficient follow-up and recovery of outstanding repayments, interest and penalties on delinquent loans and to give advices and searches on documentations, registering of affidavits and other documents.

• Recoveries metrics as agreed in KRAs.
• Collections rate on NPL book as agreed in KRAs.
NPL not to exceed 10% of total book.
• Accurate capture and follow up of payment plans.

4. Credit processing/ loan booking officer
• Review conditions precedent checklist  to approve for  draw down of all Personal Banking facilities once satisfied that all terms and conditions of sanction/covenants have been met and all required collateral have been obtained and are in legal order
• Ensure the Covenant tracker is updated with all covenants as stated on the sanction document by the CEM before signing off for disbursement.
• Ensure proper follow-up on deferrals items to ensure same are regularized within the stipulated time frame and escalate deviations to Team Lead BB CRM for inclusion in the watch-list report.
• Authorize disbursement of all Personal Banking deals on the Core Banking software.
• Ensure CBN CRMS reporting on all customers with a cumulative exposure of N1 million
• Ensure PAS take-up of all UPLs, VAF and Home loans deal
• Ensure that Credit files are kept in perfect order in line with the CBN’s basic Credit Files requirement.
• Ensure take up and actioning of issues raised on Remedy with respect to personal loans.
• Ensure unverified record exception report is spooled on Cognos daily and loan repayment exception report spooled weekly.
• Responding to queries and resolving issues pertaining to limits loaded on both the Core Banking software and HP&L
. Ensure that accounts identified as problematic are placed on the watch list and re-risk graded to reflect their current irregular status.  
•  Ensure that covenants and approval conditions for facilities are recorded, recorded and followed up effectively.
•  Ensure call-over of loading tickets used in booking previous day transactions is done and ready before 2.00 pm the following day.

General Business
  • Direct and coordinate all Accounting/Finance functions and activities of the company in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Department

(b) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (4)
Key Responsibilities
 Carry out on all line operations troubleshooting and repairs; improving performance of injection/blow molding or line and water processing.
 Keep work environment clean, organized and safe.
 Understand current line efficiency, performance and quality indicators and issues affecting each.
 Conduct running P.M.S and at least one first pass quality audit per shift.
 Be familiar with and monitor all running equipment to include normal running parameters, set points, package integrity, etc.
Co-ordinate and monitor changeovers to include changeover parts set-up, plan, manpower assignments and assessment of changeover success.
 Support line operations and operations planning coordinator in training of operators on equipment operations and preventive maintenance.
 Be able to run each piece of line equipment if needed during an emergency.
 Participate in planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance co-coordinated through operations planning coordinator.
 Participate in all Fast Track, CI and Line specific meetings and reviews.
 Adhere to and follow ‘’maintenance tools and parts policies.’’
Profile

(c) WAREHOUSE ASSISTANTS (2)
Key Responsibilities
 Ensure all inbound logistics activities are performed in-line with the Nestlé FSMS and QS requirements
 Ensure timely reporting of material status via weekly update
 Ensuring timely update of transactions on SAP
 Follow up with quality department on physical release of all raw and packaging material & in SAP
 Ensuring that stock holdings are within specified limits
 Proper dispatch of all vendors for all raw and packaging
Timely payment of vendors bills and account reconciliation
 Maintain FEFO stock rotation for all raw and packaging materials
 Placement of material descriptions/ data sheet on all in items in the warehouse.
 Prompt supply of materials to production & ensure no stock out
 Raw/ packaging material daily count & reconciliation
 Ensuring compliance to material receiving, recording and system update procedure.
 Management of forklift operators on duty.
Profile
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inbound (material handling)
2. OND in social sciences, NABTEB in Engineering (Mechanical, etc.).
3. SSCE/GCE/WAEC/NECO with 4 credits (in not more than 2 sittings) is required.
4. Experience in the packaging and processing, or manufacturing environment

(d) STORE KEEPER (1)
Key Responsibilities
 Receiving of materials from suppliers.
 Push dispatching of finished goods to distributors/trade
 Liaise with laboratory for the release of raw materials and packaging materials to enable released materials issues to production.
 Maintains and controls storage of materials.
 Maintain accurate stock records and partake in the monthly and yearly stock taking with accounts department for better stock control.
 Carry out the cleaning and housekeeping of the warehouse to achieve Nestlé Hygiene rules (NGMP)
 Capturing the accurate stock on SAP
 Prepare Waybill for returned and rejected materials to customers
Ensure adequate safety of staff through regular training, briefing, inspecting of the work area and implementation of corrective actions.
Profile
 1 year experience in a similar role
 OND in social sciences.
 Computer literate
 Good communication skills
 Excellent ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision.

(e) WATER TREATMENT TECHNICIAN (1)
Key Responsibilities
 Responsible for packaging works, understands all packaging area controls, and can demonstrate proper usage of each.
 Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, increasing safety awareness and encouraging safety practices, rules and regulations.
 Knowledgeable on related SAP requirements. Knows the actions to take in the event of a violation of these requirements.
 Knowledgeable on the sanitation requirements, the chemicals used and why. Can assist in the sanitation in the filler area.
 Ensures that a high quality of products, services, housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained and improved in the area and can perform daily cleaning on all line equipment
 Demonstrates the ability to accurately complete all operating paper work.
 Shall be responsible for advising the SHE Officer on PPEs requirements where a lack is noticed, and send reports on unsafe spots, near misses and incidents noticed or observed to the SHE Officer.
 Shall be responsible for reporting observed risks and hazards identified at various sports in their respective departments.
 Perform all bottle size and code changeovers according to Master plan schedule.
 Operate and maintain the machines.
Ensure proper capturing and documentation of waste materials on the line.
 Ensure waste materials from the line are weighed, documented and disposed in conjunction
with warehouse personnel.
 SHE – Ensures safety of self, product, workplace and colleagues while ensuring the control of
the impact of his activities on the environment.
 FSMS: Maintain food safety awareness and its relevance in order to ensure the control of the
impact of his activities in the environment.
Profile
 OND or C&G II in Electrical Engineering
 At least 2 years working experience in the food industry.

                Main Responsibilities:
