Our Client and a leading mortgage institution in Nigeria is looking for upwardly mobile sound and intelligent leaders:

JOB TITLE: GENERAL MANAGER (ABUJA)
Qualifications/skills
A good first degree in Marketing or any other Social Science course, MBA or any other postgraduate degree. OR ACA, ACIB, ANIM etc relevant to the position will be an added advantage. Must have 12 years experience and above cognate experience in Marketing, Operations, Credit a stint in mortgage will be an added advantage. And at least 5 years at senior management level. Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, Computer literate and conversant with some banking software at management level. Large customer base (a sitting CABAL) to leverage on for Business development.

Job title: HEAD STRATEGY AND PLANNING (SENIOR MANAGER) ABUJA
Qualifications/skills
Applicants must possess a post graduate degree in Marketing and or any other commercial science courses, strong analytical capability is a must. Should have 10 years banking experience at least 3 years in planning, strategic planning and related communications experience. Should be a cerebral person.

JOB TITLE: REGION HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, (SENIOR MANAGER) LAGOS
Qualifications/skills   
A Bsc in Marketing or relevant Social Sciences, A member of any relevant professional institute e.g. NIM, CIBN. Minimum of 8 years cognate experience with a proven track record in funds mobilization and at least 3 years at senior management and branch position. Must have a strong customer based portfolio or sitting CABAL that is transferable within the region. Must be a leader, have entrepreneurial spirit and a self starter.

JOB TITLE: HEAD, FICON (SENIOR MANAGER)
Qualifications/skills
A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Accounting with ACA. Experience in budgeting, financial and management reporting with at least 6 years of banking experience and least 4 years as a financial controller in a reputable bank. Must be computer literate with the ability to use some banking software or packages as well spreadsheet effectively. Should be very analytical and mathematical.

JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS (4 NOS) ABUJA AND LAGOS
Qualifications/skills
First degree in any course, additional degree or certification will be advantageous, at least 3 years banking experience. Evidence of a healthy and transferable CABAL will be of  advantage. Must have sound marketing experience and skills, a self driven, mentally strong, entrepreneurial spirit. Must be able to work under pressure.
