Job Title: Deputy General Manager Dil/YDGM/0612 Job Responsibility: The right candidate will be responsible for managing logistics flow and negotiate prices of inventory and machine costing and constantly improve business processes. He will manage and control tender submissions and will manage the performance of Production (pre-press, press and post-press), and Inventory. He will constantly enhance business through growth and new business acquisitions. Other responsibilities as assigned by the chairman and will report to the chairman through the General Manager. Specifications: Not less than fifteen(15) years post NYSC in a reputable firm. Must be between ages 40-50. Must be conversant with graphics,understand modern production process and planning management. Must be conversant with the use of modern printing machines e.g. 4 and 5 colours as well as large format machines.   Job Titte: Senior Production Manager Dil/YSPM/0612 (Abuja)(Expariates will be considered) Job Responsibility: The right candidate will be responsible for Planning & Execution of Production – based upon customer delivery schedules. This will involve, Pre-press (including sheeting/cutting/plate-making), Press (Printing), and Post-Press (Finishing: die-cutting, folding/gluing, packing). Material Planning and Job Scheduling to be done with the objective of maximizing through put. Ensuring Quality Standards at all stages of production. Participation in “Development” process – in conjunction with the Marketing Department, Graphics/Design Department and customers’ requirements   Specifications: Bsc/HND in Printing Technology/BA Graphics or its equivalent. Should be between ages 35 – 45yrs. Not less than fifteen (13) years Post-Graduate experience in a reputable firm of which five years must be conversant with the use of graphics; understand modern production process and planning management. Must also be conversant with the operation of modern printing machines in Pre-Press, Press and Post Press (e.g., CTP/CTF, Speed Master 4 – 5 colors, DI, Wide & Narrow Web, Finishing Machines etc) and must be fluent in spoken and written English.     Job Titte: Admin Manager Dil/YAM/0612 (Abuja) Job Responsibilities Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. An experience in a printing press would be of advantage.   Job Title: Chief Security officer Dil/YCS/0612 (Abuja) Job Responsibility Develop, implement, and manage the overall enterprise process for security strategy. Develop and implement policies, standards and guidelines related to corporate security. Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities and personnel. Define and implement a risk assessment programs to identify critical assets, assess threats and vulnerabilities and implement safeguard recommendations. Specifications            A retired captain in the Nigerian Army or Rtd ASP in the Nigerian Police Force, minimum. Thorough knowledge of security issues in corporate organizations and the country. Minimum of 10 years of experience in security related jobs such as in corporate or government organization, army, air-force, navy, paramilitary forces. Job Title: Deputy Manager Post-Press (Finishing) Dil/YPSP/0612 (Abuja) (Expariates will be considered) Job Responsibility Manage entire end-to-end post printing & finishing operation, such as Die Punching, Die Cutting, UV & aqueous coating, Lamination, Foil Stamping, Embossing, Folding & Gluing. Quality output of entire operation. Improve productivity & Reduce Waste.   Specifications        Between 30 and 40yrs B.sc/HND in Printing Technology, Graphics or its equivalent or rose through the rank. Not less than 10yrs and of which 4 years must be in applied capacity, Post Press in a printing company with adequate knowledge of folding, colleting, die cutting, binding machines etc.Must also be conversant with the use of modern printing machines e.g Speed Master 4 – 5 colours, must be computer literate and speak English fluently. etc. Must be conversant with pre-Press software, modern pre-press machines and computers.     Job Title: Deputy Manager Pre-Press &Quality Control Dil/YPRP/0612 (Abuja) (Expariates will be considered) Job Responsibility To manage all pre-press activities. Must have 3 years of experience in thermal CTP operation, troubleshooting & maintenance experience on either of Kodak, Screen, Agfa, Heidelberg Thermal CTP, familiar with Thermal CTP plate making, experience in offset sheet fed or web fed printing machine, fluent in English and good communication.   Job Title: Fleet Officer Dil/YFO/0612 (Abuja) Job Responsibility          Supervising and organizing of the fleet operations, Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report on the fleet. Ensuring strict compliance and enforcement of existing company policies and procedures, Ensuring strict adherence to the Turnaround Time and road worthiness of all trucks/Vehicle under the fleet. Ensuring quick response from Truck/Vehicle Repair Centre and optimum utilization of resources. Performing related duties as required.
